Instructions for filling up the U-Dias - 2020/21 form

👉U-Dias form is to be filled for the year 2020/21. Take special care that no one has to fill the form for the current year (2021/2). (Fill the form of Form 30/09/2020)

To correct the information filled in the form, do it with red pen.

👉Fill all the remaining information with blue pen (No one should fill information with black pen or pencil)

👉Fill in the information of the result of Std-6 and 8 in the form for the year 2019/20

👉Fill in the information of the result of Std. 10 and 12 for the year 2019/20

👉 Fill in the information of grant for the year 2019/20

👉 Information of CWSN (Disabled Children) Special Teachers / Special Education of your cluster.

👉You have to ask and fill according to the survey done by them

Verify the information of the teachers with the teacher, get their signature below and update their information.

👉Fill in the information of teachers as on 31/03/2021

👉Mandatory filling of all the information of section-10 and 11 and not leaving a single column
