82% of Parents Not Prepared for At-Home Learning
With the new school year fast approaching, some school districts are making plans to start the first semester virtually because of the pandemic. However, most parents don’t feel totally confident in their readiness to implement at-home learning.
During the last school year, the coronavirus outbreak hit educational institutions hard, causing schools to close and graduation ceremonies to be canceled. Through a survey of parents of school-age children, real estate marketplace Homes.com set out to learn how parents are planning to ensure their kids get their educational needs met this coming school year.
According to the survey, most parents are wary — and judging from their experience earlier this year, they have good reason to be.
